James W. Bobo, II is the owner and broker of Bobo Real Estate. He was born and raised in Florence, AL. He’s a third generation Realtor. His first real estate transaction was at the age of 16, where he bought his first residential property and sold it for a profit two weeks later. 11 years later, he’s still in the business of buying and selling real estate in Florence AL. He enjoys helping others reach their real estate goals, whether it’s buying, selling or managing real estate in Florence AL. James is actively involved in the Florence, AL community. He’s been a member of the Florence Exchange Club since 2006. He’s served on their Board of Directors since 2007 and was President in 2009-2010. He’s currently serving on their Board as Past President. James is a member of the Shoals Home Builders Association where he also serves on their Board of Directors. He’s also a licensed builder in the State of Alabama. He currently holds the “Certified Green Professional” designation from the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce. James has been married to Kristen for 6 years now. They have 1 son named Noah and another boy on the way.
