We knew we wanted to build a house, but we were having a problem of finding land to build on. Many of the lots that we looked at were just not what we wanted. We contacted James Bobo II, who is a long-time friend and former classmate, to see if he could help. James immediately went to work and found us the perfect lot for our family. In the process of looking at the lot, the property was suddenly taken off the market. We were devastated and just decided to give up, believing the lot had been sold. However, James never gave up. James worked tirelessly to track down the owners of the land and explained the situation to them. After negotiations by James, we are happy to say that we were able to purchase the property! We are now the happy owners of an absolute perfect lot in the Heathrow subdivision. None of this would have been possible without James guiding us through the entire process. James was there every step of the way and any time we called or emailed him he ALWAYS answered immediately…even when he and his wife were in the hospital having their second child. James is a fine real estate agent and one that I would recommend to anyone. He will go above and beyond what is necessary to help you find that perfect piece of real estate that you are looking for.
